Mind Traffic Template
The Mind Traffic Template will help you process the seemingly endless stream of thoughts that appear to come out of nowhere when you first begin to relax. When you relax, you will notice three types of thoughts enter your mind as they are being processed.
1. The day’s activities
2. Tasks not yet completed
3. Conflicts not yet resolved
During the first ten minutes of relaxation, focus on your breathing and your mind will begin to process your mind traffic. Use this time to write down any thoughts that come to mind. By writing down your thoughts, it becomes easier to empty your mind and meditate more deeply. Before you practice this exercise, ensure you have read the page on
